The THIMBLEBUDDIES OF THE TREASURE COAST general membership meeting is held the fourth Monday night of each month. The meeting is held at Community Center, 2195 Airoso Blvd, in Port St Lucie. Non-members are invited to attend twice as guests before joining.
Doors open at 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. The business meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. Old and new business is discussed at the meeting, then show and tell begins. If you have made a quilt, wall hanging, quilted clothing, acquired a quilt, or have anything connected with quilting that you want to share; this is the time to do it.
A monthly educational program follows. Many of our programs feature nationally recognized quilt teachers and speakers.
On the second Tuesday of each month at 6 pm, the Board meets to discuss future projects, budget and member requests as well as set the agenda for the monthly meetings. This meeting is held at various places. You are encouraged to attend these meetings. Contact a Board member as to where the meeting will be held.
